New business and product transfer range update
ast week the Bank of England base rate increased from 0.75% to 1.00%. The pay rates on all our base rate tracker products, including Follow-on Rate, are increasing to reflect this with effect from Tuesday 10 May. This applies to new offers only. Existing Santander base rate tracker customers’ rates won’t change until June, and payments won’t change until July.
No action is required for any pipeline cases.
There are no other changes to our mortgage range.
