Product Changes
From 9am Wednesday 5 April, we will be making some changes to our Residential and Buy to Let fixed rate products.
Key Changes
- Rate increases on selected 2 and 5 year fixed rate Residential products.
- End dates extended for our Residential and Buy to Let fixed rate product ranges to July 2025/2028.
Please note that all current equivalent products will be withdrawn at 10.00pm Tuesday 4 April. Please see the updated Product Guide on our website for further details.
Product Withdrawal
From 5pm Thursday 6 April, we will be withdrawing selected products from our Residential and Government scheme ranges.

- Withdrawal of selected products from our 5 year fixed rate Residential range.
- Withdrawal of a selected product from our 2 year fixed rate Shared Ownership range.
