We’re making changes to our 95% LTV product range

We’re making changes to our Residential and Buy to Let (BTL) product ranges. More details can be found below:

Key Changes
  • New 3 year 95% LTV purchase-only product at 3.95%.
  • Withdrawal of 2 year 95% LTV product.
  • Amendment to selected rates across Residential and BTL ranges.
  • Rate changes across Shared Ownership and Help to Buy ranges.
  • End dates extended across Shared Ownership and Help to Buy to Oct 2021/26.

Please note that in line with our commitment to endeavour to provide two working days’ notice of products withdrawals, current equivalents will be withdrawn at 10.00pm Monday 3rd May.
