Spring Finance Process Improvements
We are delighted to announce a series of changes to our processing and packaging requirements.
Our residential affordability assessment has been simplified and now utilises a combination of applicant declared and assumed expenditure values based on ONS data.
Our debt consolidation process has been refined to allow the applicant the option of repaying revolving credit items such as credit cards and overdrafts directly on completion of the loan.
We have introduced biometric ID checks, which will further reduce our packaging requirements and we can now issue binding offers with consent to follow.
These enhancements reflect our ongoing commitment to support both our intermediary partners and applicants.
