BTL Lending Update
Our limited edition BTL product has reached the end of the tranche and will be withdrawn.
From close of business today, Tuesday 8th March, the limited edition product will no longer be available to select at DIP. We will also be increasing our BTL minimum loan to £50,000 across the product range (unless otherwise stated for an individual product).
• On the limited edition products, submitted DIPs must proceed to full application, with fees paid by COB Thursday 10th March 2022. This can be done through our portal.
• For loans under £50,000, submitted DIPS must proceed to full application with fees paid by COB Thursday 10th March 2022. Please contact us on 0344 257 0418, with your case number to proceed.
• Applications already submitted will proceed as normal.
