We’re changing the way we process EPC proofs
From tomorrow, Wednesday 29 June, we’re changing the way we process EPC proofs.
Where an application is received without a valid EPC, a Case Requirement will now be created and this will be requested alongside any other case requirements.
A valuation will not be instructed until we are in receipt of a valid EPC.
