Rate reductions and new products
From tomorrow, Friday 25 November, we’re reducing selected rates across
our product ranges.
We’re also introducing new products with £1,495 and £0 fee options, replacing existing £1,995 and £995 fee options.
Product Highlights – Buy to Let
1 year fixed – 3.89% up to 75% LTV
2% arrangement fee – Purchase and Remortgage ERCs apply
2 year fixed – 4.29% up to 65%
3% arrangement fee – Purchase and Remortgage ERCs apply
5 year fixed – 4.69% up to LTV
3% arrangement fee – Purchase and Remortgage ERCs apply
