Express Payment Requests are showing error messages but please ignore these as the requests are being received. The error relates to the email confirmation only. 

The company will be closing early on Tuesday 16th September at 2pm for all staff training across all departments. We will be open as usual on Wednesday 17th September. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes. 

The deadline for express requests on the 16th September will be 1 PM.

 

In honour of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II our offices will be closed on Monday 19th September while our staff pay their respects.

The office will re-open at 9am on Tuesday 20th September.

TMW Update

TMW Online update

From today, we have moved the Product Fee question in TMW Online.

We will now ask the question ‘How do you want to pay the arrangement fee?’ at DIP stage for all cases. This is so we can assess affordability accurately, whether there is a product fee or not.

Our Interest Coverage Ratios (ICRs) may be higher than some on the market. But differences in our stress rates (reduced for Like for Like Remortgage and 5 year fixed products) mean we may be able to lend your clients more than other lenders.
