Intercompany loans
We’re now accepting intercompany loans as a source of deposit for Limited Company buy to let applications.
We’ve introduced this in response to intermediary feedback, as part of our commitment to giving more options to your clients.

Rate reductions
From tomorrow, Thursday 3 October, we’ll be reducing selected rates across our New Business and Switcher product range by up to 0.55%.
