From 31 August, TSB is making changes to Residential, Buy to Let and Product Transfer products.
All Product Transfer end dates move out to the end of November.
Residential
Increasing rates on:
- 2 Year Fixed First Time Buyer and House Purchase, £0 fee, by 0.45%
Buy to Let
- 2 Year Fixed House Purchase and Remortgage rates increased by 0.45%
Product Transfer
- Residential 2 Year Tracker 0-80% LTV, reduced by up to 0.20%
- Product end dates move out to the end of November
- Buy to Let 2 and 5 Year Fixed, 0-75% LTV, increased by up to 0.20%
- Residential 2 and 5 Year Fixed 0-85% LTV, increased by up to 0.20%
Brokers will be advised of the changes on Friday 26 August at 10:00am and asked to submit existing applications by midnight on Tuesday 30 August, as they won’t be available after this time.
From 2 September, TSB is temporarily withdrawing Residential and Buy to Let products.

Brokers will be advised of the changes on Thursday 1 September at 10am and asked to
submit existing applications by midnight on Thursday 1 September, as they won’t be
available after this time.
TSB is making some system updates this weekend, so TSB Mortgage Pro will be unavailable between 9pm Friday 2 September and 6pm Saturday 3 September.
The changes will improve the application journey and more information will be shared with brokers soon.
New DIPs or applications should not be keyed during this time.
