TSB is increasing its LTV limits for Foreign Nationals.
From Thursday 29 January, TSB has improved its Foreign National policy and is now able to lend up to 85% LTV, alongside accepting gifted deposits for customers on a visa.
- LTV increased to 85% for customers with sole income of £50,000 and above or joint income of £75,000 and above
- Deposits now follow the standard deposit policy, including gifted deposits
- Additional types of visas accepted
