IMPORTANT NEWS FROM TSB: Product changes 4 April
On Tuesday 4 April, TSB is making reductions to selected Residential Remortgage and Product Transfer rates, including the launch of a competitive 5 Year Fixed rate at 3.99%, available to both new and existing customers. All mainstream Remortgage products also benefit from a free basic valuation, together with a choice of either free legal assistance, or £300 cashback.

Rates reducing on:
Residential
- 2 & 5 Year Fixed Remortgage, 0-75% LTV, £995 fee, by 0.10%.
Product Transfer
- 2 & 5 Year Fixed Residential, 0-75% LTV, £995 fee, by 0.10%.
Brokers will be advised of the changes on Monday 3 April at 1pm and asked to submit existing applications by midnight on Monday 3 April as they won’t be available after this time.
