Important news from TSB: Changes to Residential and Buy to Let products
From today, 7 March 2022, TSB is temporarily withdrawing the following Residential products:
- All Residential 2 and 5 Year Fixed, £995 fee products
- All 10 Year Fixed Buy to Let products.
- All Shared Ownership products
The new product guide is attached and is embargoed until 9am on Tuesday 8 March.
Brokers will be informed of product withdrawals on Monday 7 March at 10am and asked to submit applications for these products by 8pm on Monday 7 March, as they won’t be available after this time.
Important news from TSB: Changes to Residential product range
From Friday 11 March 2022, TSB has made changes to their Residential products:
- 2, 5 and 10 Year Fixed, £995 fee products reintroduced
- 2 and 5 Year Fixed rates increased by up to 0.30%
The new product guide is attached and is embargoed until 9am on Friday 11 March.
Brokers will be informed of product withdrawals on Wednesday 9 March at 12pm and asked to submit applications for these products by 8pm on Thursday 10 March, as they won’t be available after this time.
