IMPORTANT NEWS FROM TSB: Product changes 9 August
On Wednesday 9 August, TSB is making further reductions to selected 5 Year Fixed Residential products by up to 0.40%. With rates starting from 5.44%, available to both First Time Buyers and Home Movers, this is more good news for new and existing borrowers.
With all of its products also benefitting from a free basic valuation, TSB continues to help customers save money and borrow well.
Rates reducing:
Residential
- 5 Year Fixed House Purchase 0-85% LTV £995 fee, by up to 0.40%
Brokers will be advised of the changes on Tuesday 8 August at 10.30am and asked to submit existing applications by midnight on Tuesday 8 August, as they won’t be available after this time.
