Important news from TSB:is making changes to Residential products.
On Friday 14 May, TSB is making changes to a selection of Residential products including:
Re-introduction of:
- 2 Year Fixed, First Time Buyer and House Purchase 0-85% LTV, £0 fee.
- 2 Year Fixed Remortgage 0-90% LTV £0 fee products.
Reduced rates on:
- 2 Year Fixed First Time Buyer and House Purchase, 0-90% LTV, by up to 0.15%.
- 2 Year Fixed Remortgage, 0-85% LTV, by up to 0.10%.
Increased rates on:
- 2 and 5 Year Fixed Shared Equity Remortgage 0-75% LTV by up to 0.50%.
All existing applications must be submitted by 8pm on 13 May as they will not be available after this time.
