TSB is making selected rate changes to its product range
On Friday 17 April, TSB is making selected rate changes to its House Purchase (Residential), Product Transfer and Additional Borrowing ranges.

Please submit existing applications for these products by the end of Thursday 16 April as they won’t be available after this time.
Residential
Rates decreasing on:
- 2 Year Fixed House Purchase (including Affordable Housing), by up to 0.45%
Product Transfer
Rates increasing on:
- Residential 2 and 5 Year Fixed 0-90% LTV, by up to 0.15%
- Residential 3 Year Fixed, by up to 0.15%
- Buy to Let 2 and 5 Year Fixed 0-75% LTV, by up to 0.15%
Additional Borrowing
Rates increasing on:
- All Residential Fixed, by up to 0.15%
- All Buy to Let Fixed, by up to 0.15%
