IMPORTANT NEWS FROM TSB: Product changes 16 February
On Friday 16 February, TSB is making the following changes to its Residential, Product Transfer and Additional Borrowing ranges.
Residential
Rates increasing on:
- 2 Year Fixed First Time Buyer and Home Mover 80-85% LTV £995 fee, by 0.10%
- 2 Year Fixed First Time Buyer and Home Mover 85-90% LTV, by 0.10%
- 5 Year Fixed First Time Buyer and Home Mover 75-85% LTV £995 fee, by up to 0.10%
- 5 Year Fixed First Time Buyer and Home Mover 85-90% LTV, by 0.10%
Product Transfer
Rates increasing on:
- Residential 5 Year Fixed 0-75% LTV, by up to 0.15%
Additional Borrowing
Rates increasing on:
- Residential 5 Year Fixed 0-75% LTV, by up to 0.15%
Brokers will be advised of the changes on Thursday 15 February at 10.30am and asked to submit existing applications by midnight on Thursday 15 February as they won’t be available after this time.
