Important News from TSB: Residential rate changes and extension of end dates.

TSB has made a selection of wholesale rate changes, on all Residential products including shared equity and shared ownership.  And extended the end dates on all Residential products on Wednesday 14 July.

Residential product end dates move out to end of November.

Brokers will be informed of product withdrawals on Monday 12 July at 2pm and asked to submit applications for these products by 8pm on Tuesday 13 July as they won’t be available after this time.  

 

Important News from TSB: Increase to 90% LTV on flats and maisonettes

TSB has increased the maximum loan to value from 85% to 90% and introduced a new maximum loan amount of £500K, where the LTV is greater than 85%, for lending on flats and maisonettes (excluding new properties), from 12 July.

Maximum permitted loan to value for new build remains at 80% and 85% for remortgage with additional borrowing.

Any DIPs or full mortgage applications started before 12 July will not be impacted by these changes.
