Changes to Residential product range.
From 14 June, TSB has made changes to Residential products.
They’ve re-introduced:
- 5 Year Fixed First Time Buyer and House Purchase, £0 fee products.
Expanding their range by reintroducing 5 year fixed rate products with no arrangement fee will help brokers to deliver money confidence to clients buying a home, helping them borrow well.
The lender is also making changes to 10 year fixed products, increasing rates by 0.60%.
Brokers will be informed of withdrawals at 11am on Monday 13 June, and asked to submit existing applications by 8pm on Monday 13 June as they won’t be available after this time.
