IMPORTANT NEWS FROM TSB: Improvements to Residential and Buy to Let Products
From 17 August TSB is making improvements to residential and Buy to Let products.
TSB is reintroducing Buy to Let 5 year fixed, £995 Fee. House purchase products and reducing rates on selected 5 year fixed remortgage products by up to 0.35%. This is provide stability of payments for customers in the short to medium term. And, all TSB’s standard remortgage products offer either free legal assistance, or £300 cashback giving customers money confidence.
Residential
Reducing rates on:
- 5 year fixed remortgage £995 fee 0-85% LTV products by up to 0.35%
Buy to Let
- Reintroducing 5 year fixed House Purchase £995 fee products
- All product end dates move out to the end of December
Brokers willbe advised of the changes on Monday 15 August at 10:30am and asked to submit existing application by midnight on Tuesday 16 August, as they won’t be available after this time.
