In honour of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II our offices will be closed on Monday 19th September while our staff pay their respects.

IMPORTANT NEWS FROM TSB: Further product reductions 19 April

On Wednesday 19 April, TSB is making further reductions across its Product Transfer and Additional Borrowing ranges. This includes the launch of a new Residential 5 Year Fixed Rate at 3.89%, available to current borrowers wishing to switch products.

Providing Money Confidence for existing customers.

Rates reducing on:

Product Transfer
• 2 and 5 Year Fixed 0-75% LTV Buy to Let, by up to 0.45%
• 2 and 5 Year Fixed 0-90% LTV Residential, by up to 0.50%
• 10 Year Fixed Residential, by up to 0.65%

Additional Borrowing
• 2 and 5 Year Fixed Buy to Let, by up to 0.45%
• 2, 5 and 10 Year Fixed Residential, by up to 0.65%

Bank of England base rate changes

Following the Bank of England base rate increase to 4.25% on 23 March, TSB has made the following changes to its products:

  • All Tracker products, rates increased by 0.25% 
  • Homeowner Variable Rate increased to 7.74%  
  • Buy to Let Variable Rate increased to 8.59%

Brokers will be advised of the changes on Monday 17 April @ 10.30am and asked to
submit existing applications by midnight on Tuesday 18 April, as they won’t be available
after this time.
