On Friday 23 September, TSB is making changes to Residential and Buy to Let products
Residential
Introducing
- 3 Year Fixed Remortgage
- 5 Year Fixed First Time Buyer and House Purchase, £0 fee
- 5 Year Fixed Shared Equity First Time Buyer and House Purchase
In an ever-changing marker, a 3 year fixed rate remortgage product offers the stability of payment, without the commitment of a long tie in period. Money confidence in the short to medium term, Al our 3 year fixed remortgage products have no arrangement fee and either free legal assistance, or £300 cashback.
We’re also increasing rates on;
- 2 Year Fixed First Time Buyer, House Purchase and Remortgage by up to 0.20%
- Selective 2 Year Fixed Affordable Housing products by up to 0.65%
- Withdrawing 5 Year Fixed First Time Buyer and House Purchase, 85-90% LTV, £995 fee products
Buy to Let
- Introducing 5 Year Fixed House Purchase and Remotgage products
- 2 Year Fixed House Purchase and Remortgages rates increasing by 0.50%
Brokers will be advised of the changes on Wednesday 21st September at 10:30am and asked to submit existing applications by midnight on Thursday 22 September, as they wont be available after this time.
