Temporary withdrawal of selected 2 and 5 year Residential and Buy to Let products
From 22 April, TSB is temporarily withdrawing the following products.
Residential
- 5 Year Fixed, 0-95% LTV, First Time Buyer, House Purchase and Remortgage, £995 fee
- 5 Year Fixed, 80-85% LTV, First Time Buyer, House Purchase and Remortgage New Build, £995 fee
- 5 Year Fixed, 0-60% LTV, Shared Equity Remortgage, £995 fee
Buy to Let
- 2 Year Fixed, 0-80% LTV, House Purchase and Remortgage
- 2 Year Tracker, 0-70% LTV, House Purchase and Remortgage
- 5 Year Fixed, 0-80% LTV, House Purchase and Remortgage, £995 fee
Brokers will be informed of the withdrawals at 3pm on Thursday 21 April, and asked to submit applications for these products by 8pm on Friday 22 April, as they won’t be available after this time.
