Important News from TSB: Product Transfer Rate Changes 26 July
From Tuesday 26 July, TSB has made rate changes to the following Residential and Buy to Let Product Transfer products.
Rates increased on:
Residential Product Transfer
· 2 Year & 10 Year Fixed, by up to 0.50%
Buy to Let Product Transfer
· 2 Year & 5 Year Fixed, 0-75% LTV, by up to 0.50%
Brokers will be advised of the changes on Friday 22 July at 10:00am and asked to submit existing applications by close of business on Monday 25 July, as they won’t be available after this time.
The new product guide is attached and embargoed until 9am on Tuesday 26 July.
