IMPORTANT NEWS FROM TSB: Product changes 19 September
On Tuesday 19 September, TSB are making further changes to its Product Transfer and Additional Borrowing rates. This includes reductions of up to 0.40% and the launch of a new 3 Year Fixed £0 Fee product range, with rates starting from 5.79%. Helping existing customers save money and borrow well.
Product Transfer
Introducing:
- Residential 3 Year Fixed £0 Fee products
Reducing rates on:
- Residential 5 Year Fixed, by up to 0.15%
- Residential 10 Year Fixed, by up to 0.25%
- Product end dates move out to the end of January
Additional Borrowing
Introducing:
- Residential 3 Year Fixed rates
Reducing rates on:
- Buy to Let 2 Year Tracker, by 0.40%
- Residential 2 Year Tracker, by 0.30%
- Residential 5 Year Fixed, by up to 0.15%
- Residential 10 Year Fixed, by up to 0.25%
- Product end dates move out to the end of January
Brokers will be advised of the changes on Monday 18 September at 10:30am and asked to submit existing applications by midnight on 18 September, as they won’t be available after this time.
