TSB is making selected rate increases across its range.
On Tuesday 21 July, TSB is making selected rate increases to its Residential, Buy to Let, Product Transfer and Additional Borrowing ranges.
For a full list of the withdrawn products, click on the link below;
- 2 Year Fixed House Purchase (including Affordable Housing) 0-85% LTV, by up to 0.20%
- 2 Year Fixed House Purchase (including Affordable Housing) 85-90% LTV £0 fee, by 0.05%
- 3 Year Fixed House Purchase, by up to 0.15%
- 5 Year Fixed House Purchase (including Affordable Housing), by up to 0.20%
- 2 Year Fixed Remortgage (including Affordable Housing), by up to 0.15%
- 3 and 5 Year Fixed Remortgage £995 fee, by 0.15%
- 3 and 5 Year Fixed Remortgage 0-75% LTV £0 fee, by up to 0.15%
- Move out to the end of November
- 2 and 5 Year Fixed House Purchase and Remortgage 0-75% LTV, by 0.15%
- Residential 2, 3 and 5 Year Fixed, by up to 0.15%
- Buy to Let 2 and 5 Year Fixed 0-75% LTV, by 0.15%

IMPORTANT – Technical error with today’s product changes
TSB has noticed a technical error impacting the product changes that went live today (please see the communication sent on Monday 20 July). This error has no impact on any DIP decision outcomes.
The impacted products will be relaunched overnight tonight. So, there will be a new product guide issued tomorrow with the new product codes, all rates will remain unchanged.
For new customer applications submitted on Tuesday 21 July:
There is no action required by you, we will update the product codes on these applications.
For Product Transfer applications:
TSB will rekey these applications and therefore a new ESIS document will be produced.
