Important news from TSB: Introduction of new products and changes to Residential
and Buy to Let range
From 24 March, TSB has made changes to Residential and Buy to Let product ranges.
Residential
- 5 Year Fixed, New Build Shared Ownership First Time Buyer and House Purchase range reintroduced
- 2 Year Tracker, Rate Switch range introduced
- 2 and 5 Year Fixed, 0-90% LTV, Rate Switch increased by up to 0.65%
- 10 Year Fixed, 0-75% LTV, Rate Switch increased by up to 0.50%
Buy to Let
- 2 and 5 Year Fixed, 0-80% LTV, £995 fee, House Purchase and Remortgage reintroduced
- 2 Year Tracker, Rate Switch range introduced
- 2 and 5 Year Fixed, 0-75% LTV £0 fee, House Purchase and Remortgage increased by 0.35%
- 2 and 5 Year Fixed, 0-75% LTV, Rate Switch increased by up to 0.65%
The new product guide is attached and is embargoed until 9am on Thursday 24 March.
Brokers will be informed of product withdrawals on Tuesday 22 March at 4pm and asked to submit applications for these products by 8pm on Wednesday 23 March, as they won’t be available after this time.
