TSB is making rate increases to its Remortgage products
On Thursday 26 March, TSB is increasing rates on Remortgage products in it’s Residential, Buy to Let and Portfolio Buy to Let ranges.
For a full list of the withdrawn products, click on the link below:
Please submit existing applications for these products by the end of Wednesday 25 March, as they won’t be available after this time.
Residential
Rates increasing on:
- 2 Year Fixed Remortgage (including Affordable Housing), by 0.45%
- 3 Year Fixed Remortgage, by 0.30%
- 5 Year Fixed Remortgage, by 0.25%
Buy to Let and Portfolio Buy to Let
Rates increasing on:
- 2 Year Fixed Remortgage, by 0.45%
- 5 Year Fixed Remortgage, by 0.25%

The new product guide will be available to download from the website on Thursday 26 March.
For Remortgage applications, TSB offer:
- Choice of free legals or £300 cashback on Remortgage applications (Affordable Housing receive £300 cashback only).
- Free basic valuations on all applications.
TSB is making rate changes to its Existing Customer range
On Wednesday 25 March, TSB is increasing rates on its existing customer product range.

Please submit existing applications for these products by the end of Tuesday 24 March, as they won’t be available after this time.
Product Transfer
Rates increasing on:
- Residential 2 and 3 Year Fixed, by up to 0.20%
- Residential 5 Year Fixed, by up to 0.10%
- Buy to Let 2 Year Fixed 0-75% LTV, by 0.10%
- Buy to Let 5 Year Fixed 0-60% LTV £995 fee, by 0.05%
Additional Borrowing
Rates increasing on:
- All Residential Fixed rates, by up to 0.20%
- Buy to let 2 Year Fixed rates, by 0.10%
