From Friday 25 November, TSB is making the following improvements to their Residential
and Product Transfer products:
Rates reducing:
Residential
- 2 Year Fixed House Purchase and Remortgage 0-85% LTV £995 fee rates by up to
0.65% with rates starting at 5.09%. - 2 Year Tracker House Purchase and Remortgage 0-85% LTV rates by up to 0.90%
with rates starting at 3.69%.
Product Transfer - Residential 2 Year Fixed 0-85% LTV £995 fee rates by up to 0.65% with rates
starting at 5.09%. - Residential 2 Year Tracker 0-85% LTV rates by up to 0.90% with rates starting at
3.69%.
These reductions will provide money confidence to new and existing customers.
Brokers will be advised of the changes on Wednesday 23 November at 4.30pm and asked
to submit existing applications by midnight on Thursday 24 November, as they won’t be
available after this time.
