On Tuesday 25 May, TSB is making changes to their Residential and Buy to Let Rate Switch products:
Rates reduced on:
Residential:
2 year fixed 0-60% LTV, £995 fee, by up to 0.05%
2 year fixed 60-75% LTV, by up to 0.15%
2 year fixed, 75-80% LTV, £995 fee, by 0.10%
2 year fixed, 80-85% LTV, £995 fee, by 0.10%
Buy to Let:
2 year fixed 0-60% LTV , £995 fee, by up to 0.10%
2 year fixed 60-75% LTV, by up to 0.30%
5 year fixed 0-60% LTV, £995 fee, by up to 0.05%
5 year fixed 60-75% LTV, by up to 0.20%
Product end dates have been extended to the end of August.

All brokers registered with TSB will be contacted to let them know about the changes. All
existing applications must be submitted by 8pm on 24 May as they will not be available after
this time.
