TSB is making selected rate reductions across its product range
On Friday 29 May, TSB is making the following reductions to its Buy to Let, Portfolio Buy to Let, Product Transfer and Additional Borrowing ranges, along with moving out product end dates.

Please submit existing applications for these products by the end of Thursday 28 May, as they won’t be available after this time.
Buy to Let and Portfolio Buy to Let
Rates reducing on:
- Buy to Let 2 and 5 Year Fixed House Purchase and Remortgage 60-80% LTV (Portfolio Buy to Let 60-75% LTV only), by up to 0.80%
Product Transfer
Rates reducing on:
- Residential 2 and 5 Year Fixed 0-75% LTV, up to 0.15%
- Residential 2 Year Fixed 75-85% LTV £995 fee, by 0.05%
- Buy to Let 2 Year Fixed 0-75% LTV, by up to 0.10%
- Buy to Let 5 Year Fixed 0-60% LTV, by 0.05%
Additional Borrowing
Rates reducing on:
- Residential 2 and 5 Year Fixed 0-75% LTV, by up to 0.15%
- Buy to Let 2 Year Fixed 0-75% LTV, by up to 0.10%
- Buy to Let 5 Year Fixed 0-60% LTV, by 0.05%
Buy to Let, Portfolio Buy to Let, Product Transfers and Additional Borrowing
- End dates moving out to the end of October

Rates reducing on:
- 2 Year Fixed House Purchase (including Affordable Housing), by 0.05%
- 3 Year Fixed House Purchase, by up to 0.20%
- 2 Year Fixed Remortgage (including Affordable Housing) 0-75% LTV, by up to 0.10%
