IMPORTANT NEWS FROM TSB: Introducing selected 3 Year Fixed
On Wednesday 26 July, TSB are introducing selected 3 Year Fixed Residential products with rates starting from 5.94%, available to both new and existing borrowers. All TSB mainstream Remortgage products also benefit from a free basic valuation, together with a choice of either free legal assistance, or £300 cashback.
Introducing:
- 3 Year Fixed House Purchase 0-90% LTV, £995 fee products
- 3 Year Fixed Remortgage 0-85% LTV, £995 fee products
Brokers will be advised of these changes on Tuesday 25 July @ 10:30am.
IMPORTANT NEWS FROM TSB: Product changes 28 July
On Friday 28 July, TSB is reducing its 2 Year Fixed Residential products with rates starting from 6.04%, available for First Time Buyers, Home Movers and Remortgages.
Having also recently made significant improvements to its lending criteria, this is a welcome change for both new and existing borrowers seeking fixed rate stability in the short-term.
Rates reducing on:
Residential
- 2 Year Fixed House Purchase and Remortgage, by up to 0.55%
Brokers will be advised of the changes on Thursday 27 July at 10.30am and asked to submit existing applications by midnight on Thursday 27 July, as they won’t be available after this time.
