TSB is making further rate reductions to selected Residential products.
On Tuesday 25 November, TSB is making further rate reductions to selected Residential products.

Please submit existing applications for these products by the end of Monday 24 November, as they won’t be available after this time.
Residential
Rates reducing on:
- 2, 3 and 5 Year Fixed House Purchase 85-95% LTV, by up to 0.20%
- 2 and 5 Year Fixed Shared Ownership House Purchase 85-95% LTV, by up to 0.15%

For Residential applications, remember:
- Get £250 cashback on Residential House Purchases with an EPC rating of A or B.
