On Friday 28 November, TSB is making further rate reductions across the product range, alongside end date changes.

Please submit existing applications for these products by the end of Thursday 27 November, as they won’t be available after this time.
Buy to Let
- Product end dates moved out to the end of April.
Product transfer
- Product end dates moved out to the end of April.
- Residential 2 Year Fixed 0-75% LTV rates reduced by 0.10%
- Residential 2 Year Fixed 80-120% LTV rates reduced by up to 0.10%
- Residential 3 Year Fixed rates reduced by up to 0.10%
- Residential 5 Year Fixed 0-60% LTV rates reduced by 0.05%
Additional Borrowing
- Product end dates moved out to the end of April.

For Product Transfer applications, remember:
- You can submit a Product Transfer up to 3 months before the existing mortgage matures (ERCs may apply).
- Signed declarations can be uploaded immediately to ensure completion is in time for the date selected.
