TSB offers repayment holidays to assist customers affected by floods.
TSB is offering up to two months repayment holidays for customers impacted by recent flooding. This includes customers who’ve already had a payment holiday due to coronavirus or, are in arrears with their mortgage.
For applications in the pipeline TSB is supporting brokers and customers to understand their individual circumstances.
TSB is contacting brokers to advise their customers, who have been affected by the flood events, to get in touch with our customer services team on 0345 835 3380 available Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm.
