IMPORTANT NEWS FROM TSB: Product changes 29 July
From 29 July, TSB has reintroduced selected Residential products and reduced rates on selected 5 Year Fixed First Time Buyer and House Purchase products.
Residential
- Reintroduction of 2 Year Fixed £995 fee First Time Buyer and House Purchase
- Reintroduction of 5 Year Fixed Shared Equity First Time Buyer and House Purchase
- 5 Year Fixed First Time Buyer and House Purchase, reduced by up to 0.35%
Brokers will be advised of the changes on Wednesday 27 July at 11:00am and asked to submit existing applications by midnight on Thursday 28 July, as they won’t be available after this time.
