Major Rate Reductions
Mortgages
Purchase, Remortgage, Interest Only and Unencumbered products have been updated, with rate reductions from 0.20% to 1.00%:
- 2yr fixed rates from 6.29%
- 3yr fixed rates from 6.32%
- 5yr fixed rates from 6.35%
- 5yr fixed rates with no ERC from 7.54%
- 1 and 2 Status plans limited to 5yr fixed rates only
Second Charge Loans
All 0-Status products have been updated, with rate reductions from 0.20% to 0.89%:
- BoE Tracker rates from 7.49% (Base +3.49%)
- 2yr fixed rates from 7.59%
- 3yr fixed rates from 7.69%
- 5yr fixed rates from 7.50%
- 5yr fixed rates with no ERC from 7.80%
BTL, Product
Standard products have been updated, with rate reductions of 0.30%:
- 2yr fixed rates from 5.29%
- 5yr fixed rates from 5.89%
