Rate Change – Corporate Update
Please see the new product guides attached for your records which show recent rate changes.
These new interest rates will take effect from Monday 16 May.
We will honour our previous interest rates for any applications created prior to this date, regardless of whether they have been DIP’d or reached Full Mortgage Application yet, providing they are submitted, fully underwritten and a Mortgage Offer issued on or before 6 June.
