Key requirements are:
- Ambitious and driven to grow your own career as a financial adviser.
- Full CeMAP or equivalent mortgage advice qualification and some mortgage advice experience.
- You must be a ‘Fit and Proper Person’ as per the regulator’s guidelines.
- Confident and capable of advising clients over a telephone and video meeting facilities.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Ability to work within the company’s framework of systems and procedures.
- Self motivation, ambition and drive to develop your skills and your client bank.

Reporting
The role will report directly to the Operations Manager.
Further Information
The hours required will be determined by the Operations Manager but must be based around the needs of the business and the clients of the business. It will require some evening work and some work on weekends in the event that this is required by clients or the business. Standard office opening hours are 9am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday but the candidate should expect to work as required beyond these standards (standard industry practice). The candidate can be based remotely and work from anywhere but ideally the candidate will be in commuting distance from the company’s head office in Swansea.
20 days holiday pro rata per annum.
