Express Payment Requests are showing error messages but please ignore these as the requests are being received. The error relates to the email confirmation only. 

The company will be closing early on Tuesday 16th September at 2pm for all staff training across all departments. We will be open as usual on Wednesday 17th September. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes.

In honour of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II our offices will be closed on Monday 19th September while our staff pay their respects.

The office will re-open at 9am on Tuesday 20th September.

Vida Update

Limited Edition Product Withdrawal Notification

We will be withdrawing a select number of current New Business BTL Limited Edition products at the close of business Thursday 2nd October at 5.00pm. All other products will remain unchanged

  • Vida 36 -5 Yr 75% Limited Edition Fixed Until 31/03/2031, with a 4% fee at 4.52%
  • Vida 36 -5 Yr 80% Limited Edition Fixed Until 31/03/2031, with a 4% fee at 4.99%
  • Vida 36 -5 Yr 65% Limited Edition Fixed Until 31/03/2031, with a 7% fee at 3.81%
  • Vida 36 -5 Yr 75% Limited Edition Fixed Until 31/03/2031 with a 7% fee at 3.86%
  • Vida 36 -5 Yr 75% HMO & MUB Limited Edition Fixed Until 31/03/2031, with a 7% fee at 4.08%

Transition arrangements

For impacted products, Decisions in Principle with selected products must be completed, and for pipeline cases, all mandatory documents uploaded, fees paid, and the case progressed to ‘Application Received’ stage by 5:00 pm on Thursday 2nd October. 

Where either the fee has not been paid or the mandatory documents have not been uploaded, the case will be returned to the DIP stage, and a new product will need to be selected.

Please note: cases that are already offered will be unable to switch rate, and a new application would be needed on the new product.
