- 3.94% standard property initial rate – 5% completion fee
New 5-Year Fixed Rate 75% LTV Multi Loan product:
- 4.93% standard property initial rate – 5% completion fee
- £0 application fee, £0 valuation fee
- For existing TML BTL customers or customers who are submitting 2 or more applications at the same time
- Available through limited distribution partners
