5 year BTL Product Withdrawal Notification
5 year BTL Limited Edition products are to be withdrawn at the close of business on Monday 4th November.
We will be withdrawing the following products from 6.00pm on Monday 4th November (Today).
- BTL Vida 36 -5 Year Fix 75% Limited Edition, with a 6% fee at 4.39%
- BTL Vida 36 -5 Year Fix 75% HMO & MUB Limited Edition, with a 6% fee at 4.69%
- BTL Vida 36 -5 Year Fix 75% Limited Edition, with a 4% fee at 4.87%
- BTL Vida 36 -5 Year Fix 75% HMO & MUB Limited Edition, with a 4% fee at 5.28%
- BTL Vida 36 -5 Year Fix 80% Limited Edition, with a 4% fee at 5.38%
- BTL Vida 36 -5 Year Fix 80% HMO & MUB Limited Edition, with a 4% fee at 5.56%

New Business
For any cases currently in the pipeline, all mandatory documents must have been uploaded with fees paid, and case progressed to ‘Application Received’ stage, by 6.00pm on Monday 4th November.
Where either the fee has not been paid or the mandatory documents have not been uploaded by the close of Monday 4th November, the case will be returned to the DIP stage, and a new product will need to be selected.
No other products are affected as part of this change.
