Limited Edition Product Withdrawal Notification
To ensure we can continue to deliver excellent service levels, we need to adjust some of our BTL Limited Edition products currently available.
We will be withdrawing the following 5 BTL Limited Edition products on our 5 Year fixed rate at the close of business today, Monday 9th June 2025, at 5.00pm. (No other products will be impacted.)
- Vida 36 -5 Yr Fix 65% Limited Edition, with a 7% fee at 3.77%
- Vida 36 -5 Yr Fix 75% Limited Edition, with a 7% fee at 3.84%
- Vida 36 -5 Yr Fix 75% Limited Edition, with a 6% fee at 4.14%
- Vida 36 -5 Yr Fix 75% Limited Edition, with a 4% fee at 4.62%
- Vida 36 -5 Yr Fix 80% Limited Edition, with a 4% fee at 5.23%
New Business
For cases currently in the pipeline, all mandatory documents must have been uploaded with fees paid, and the case progressed to ‘Application Received’ stage, by 5.00pm on Monday 9th June.
Where either the fee has not been paid or the mandatory documents have not been uploaded by the close of Monday 9th June, the case will be returned to the DIP stage, and a new product will need to be selected.
