Remortgage
- Remortgage is allowed for any legal, and capital-raising purpose
- Debt consolidation up to 85% LTV
- Remortgage from bridging finance provided by other lenders, including the roll-up of interest and lender fees
- A sole application for married couples is considered
- Remortgages within six months since purchase or last remortgage are considered (and back-to-back remortgages)
- Joint Borrower, Sole Proprietor remortgage – two applicants on the mortgage, one name on the deeds considered

Product Transfer
- Product Transfers available within six months of the expiry of the introductory rate
- Remaining mortgage term must be greater than the fixed period of your new product + 6 months
