Full Mortgage Range Withdrawal Notification
We would like to give you notice that we will be withdrawing both our New Business and Product Transfer mortgage product range at 11:59pm Wednesday 17th June. We will then relaunch a new range of fixed rate products the following morning, Thursday 18th June.
Transition arrangements
Decisions in Principle, with product selected, must be completed by 11:59pm on Wednesday 17th June.
To ensure we can progress your case as smoothly as possible, please ensure all fees are paid and mandatory documents are uploaded, with the case progressed to the ‘Application Received’ stage by 5:00pm Tuesday 23rd June. Without these, we may not be able to progress your case and may have to return it to the DIP stage.
Pathway products do not have the £195 Assessment Fee payable for a limited time.
