Full Range New Business Product Withdrawal Notification
Due to exceptional and rapidly changing market conditions, we will be withdrawing our full, new business mortgage product range at 5:00pm today, Tuesday 17th March. We will then relaunch a new range of fixed rate products the following morning, Wednesday 18th March.
We always aim to provide advance notice; however, due to the circumstances, this isn’t possible on this occasion and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
All cases must be progressed to ‘Application Received’ stage by 5:00pm today (Tuesday 17th March), including all mandatory documents, and fees having been paid.
Where either the fee has not been paid or the mandatory documents have not been uploaded, the case will be returned to the DIP stage.

The full Product Transfer range is unchanged and remains available for new cases.
