In honour of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II our offices will be closed on Monday 19th September while our staff pay their respects.

Vida Update

Vida  Homeloans has updated its range across the direct to lender and packaged range.  Brilliant Solutions offers fees free packaging across the range as well as direct to lender access with payment on completion.  Vida’s rates are available here and details on Vida’s criteria is available here.  For more information you can contact our team. 

Vida Homeloans Rate Change Notification

Following on from our previous email regarding our rate change notification, please see attached our updated rate sheets (links above) including Residential, Buy to Let and Help to Buy (rate changes highlighted in red) which are under embargo until Tuesday 22nd September.  

Key dates are:-

  • DIPs in by 8pm Monday 21st September. New products are live Tuesday 22nd.
  • FMA by 8pm Friday 25th
