Mortgage Range Withdrawal Notification
We would like to give you notice that we will be withdrawing our New Business mortgage product range at 11:59pm Tuesday 26th May. We will then relaunch a new range of fixed rate products the following morning, Wednesday 27th May.
Transition arrangements
Decisions in Principle, with product selected, must be completed, Tuesday 26th May by 11:59pm.
To ensure we can progress your case as smoothly as possible, please ensure all fees are paid and mandatory documents are uploaded, with the case progressed to the ‘Application Received’ stage by 5:00pm Tuesday 2nd June. Without these, we may not be able to progress your case and may have to return it to the DIP stage.
Pathway products do not have the £195 Assessment Fee payable for a limited time.
