We are pleased to announce the following underwriting enhancements:
- Removing the requirement for rental evidence on Right to Buy cases
- We no longer need a Business plan for Buy to Let Portfolio Landlord applications
- Professional Consultant’s Certificate (PCC) is now an acceptable form of certification, provided it is issued by a suitably qualified professional consultant
- A revised cohabitation policy, including married couples
