Product Withdrawal Notification
2 x Buy to Let products are being withdrawn at the close of business on Thursday 29th August.
- Vida 36, 5 year fixed at 75% LTV with a 2% fee
- Vida 36, 5 year fixed at 75% LTV with a 4% fee
In advance of these 2 products being repriced, they will be withdrawn from 6.00pm on Thursday 29th August.
Transition arrangements
New Business
Decisions in Principle, with product selected, must have been completed by 6.00 pm on Thursday 29th August.
For any cases currently in the pipeline, all mandatory documents must have been uploaded with fees paid, and case progressed to ‘Application Received’ stage, by 6.00pm on Monday 2nd September.
Where either the fee has not been paid or the mandatory documents have not been uploaded by the close of Monday 2nd September, the case will be returned to the DIP stage, and a new product will need to be selected.
Product Transfer
An offer must be produced on the Product Switch Portal by 6.00pm on Thursday 29th August.
